For years, I thought I needed perfect motivation and perfect timing to finally get results. What I actually needed were simple habits I could repeat consistently.
Today, I'm 40+, work full-time in corporate America, travel regularly for work, and have lost over 80 pounds while gaining strength, confidence, and energy along the way.
My journey hasn't been about quick fixes or starting over every Monday. It's been about learning how to create healthy habits that fit into a real life, not a perfect one. Through faith, consistency, and a commitment to becoming a little better every day, I've discovered that lasting transformation comes from the small things we do repeatedly.
